Advanced Design Solutions is dedicated to excellence in engineering and large production manufacturing across a variety of industries. Our primary expertise is the design and fabrication of material handling containers, racks, bins and dunnage.  Advanced Design Solutions is a manufacturer built on the assumption that there is an intrinsic value in producing tangible products that offer customers more value than they expect to receive.  Our primary focus is on the production of steel racking and assemblies using structural steel components including tubing, channels, angles and flat bar.  Our services include flexible lead times, custom designs which are created in house and designed for low cost manufacturing, and finally delivery schedules that fit our clients' needs.  The combination of these factors has led to continued reoccurring business, and has made Advanced Design Solutions a valued supplier to the automotive industry.

Advanced Design Solutions’ vision is to become more than just a supplier – we strive to develop a relationship with you and, by doing so, come to understand your unique business and operational needs. From the beginning we will work closely with you in developing and refining a concept, producing a prototype, and providing you with a set of detailed drawings. We have the manufacturing capabilities to handle large orders and guarantee that we will have your order completed and delivered on time.

Growth and Development

In a continuing effort to better service our clients, we opened another manufacturing facility in Middletown Ohio.  The addition of this facility, and proximity to our customers, has allowed for an increase in capacity which ultimately has contributed to even faster turnaround times and deliveries.  The Middletown facility commenced operations in mid-2011, and is a critical component of our strategic growth initiatives by providing us with access to new customers and expanding our supplier network even further.
